Fingerprint clearance must be obtained prior to Board of Education recommendation and appointment. The District holds orientations for new substitutes monthly and applications for substitute positions are always welcome.
Substitute Positions & Rates for the 2023-2024 School Year:
• Substitute Food Service Helper $15.00 per hour
• Substitute Cleaner $15.00 per hour
• Substitute Grounds Worker $15.00 per hour
• Substitute Custodial Worker $15.00 per hour
• Substitute Maintenance Worker $15.00 per hour
• Substitute EMT Bus Monitor* $15.00 per hour
• Substitute School Bus Monitor* $15.00 per hour
• Substitute Bus Driver* $20.00 per hour
• Substitute School Bus Monitor (MACS Retiree) $18.00 per hour
• Substitute Bus Driver (MACS Retiree) $24.00 per hour
*Requires DMV application (available in our Transportation Department)
