Positions & Rates for the 2026-2027 School Year:
- Hourly Fitness Worker $16.00 per hour
- Learn-to-Swim Instructor $16.00 per hour
- ???????Lifeguard $16.50 per hour
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Hourly Fitness Worker
- Must be 16 years of age or older, requires CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- On-site duties associated with assisting members and supervising the use of the Strength & Conditioning Center, and Indoor Track
- Responsible for cleaning machines and ensuring proper working order
- Assist with new member paperwork
- Issue new membership cards
- Other duties as assigned by the Fitness Coordinator and/or Athletic Director
Learn-to-swim Instructor
- Instructs beginning swimmers
- Keeps the pool free of debris
- Keeps order among swimmers
- Enforces pool rules
- Prepares and maintains routine records/reports
- Applicants must hold current Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
- Applicants must be certified in CPR/AED and First Aid
Lifeguard
- Instructs beginning adult swimmers
- Keeps the pool free of debris
- Keeps order among swimmers
- Enforces pool rules
- Prepares and maintains routine records/reports
- Applicants must hold current Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
- Applicants must be certified in CPR/AED and First Aid
- Applicants must hold Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification???????
