POSITION TITLE: English Teachers (2 positions)
CERTIFICATION: Valid NYS Certification
START DATE: September 2025
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid NYS Certification: English Language Arts (Grades 7-12)
- Strong commitment to children
- Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
- Knowledge of New York State Learning Standards and understanding of effective classroom instruction
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Such alternatives to the above as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Fulltime, 10-month positions
- Probationary appointments
- Salary and benefits as per MACSFA contract
