MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Valid NYS Certification: Special Education, Students With Disabilities (All Grades), or Students with Disabilities Generalist (Grades 7-12)
  2. Strong commitment to children
  3. Demonstrated ability to provide leadership in the development of intervention programs, writing individualized education programs, and monitoring student progress
  4. Experience with a behavioral approach to teaching and learning
  5. Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
  6. Knowledge of New York State Learning Standards and understanding of effective classroom instruction
  7. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  8. Such alternatives to the above as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Full-time, probationary appointment
  • 10-month position
  • Salary and benefits as per MACSFA contract

ASSIGNMENT:                    Varies Depending on Position

START DATE:                      2026-2027 Sports Season  

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certification, training, and background in the sport
  • Coaching experience in particular sport
  • Other coaching training
  • Participation in sports
  • Genuine interest in working with our students, and in cooperation with the Physical Education Program
  • Preference may be given to individuals teaching within the building in which these activities occur
  • Applicants should include an up-to-date summary of experience, and other pertinent data
  • Applicants must hold current CPR/AED and First Aid for Coaches

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Part-time
  • Stipend as per MACSFA contract

CURRENT ASSIGNMENT:     Mexico High School 

START DATE:                           September 2026

CERTIFICATION :                   Civil Service - Non-Competitive

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduation from high school or equivalency diploma
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions

PRIMARY WORK ACTIVITIES:

  • Assists teachers in supervising recreation and lunch periods and study halls
  • Maintains order in gymnasiums, locker rooms, and swimming pools
  • Oversees students passing between classes and on premises before and after school
  • Issues athletic supplies and equipment
  • May render elementary first aide treatment

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Part-time, probationary appointment
  • 10-month position
  • $16.00 per hour
  • Approximately 3.5 hours a day: 9:40am - 1:10pm
  • Hours may vary based on supervision needs
