  • Minimum of one year’s experience in clerical position involving keyboarding
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally, and in writing
  • Ability to deal effectively with the public
  • Ability to set up forms, charts, and tabular listings
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to organize and maintain records and files
  • Managing sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of office terminology, practices, and procedures
  • Knowledge of Business Math and English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Full-time, probationary appointment
  • 12-month position
  • Hours of work: 7:00am-3:00pm
  • $37,264.00 per year (2026-2027 school year)

  • Strong background in piano preferred

  • Oversee students passing between classes and on premises before and after school, check passes
