MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduation from high school or equivalency diploma
  • Experience working with students
  • Experience working with students with special needs
  • Strong organizational skills

 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Full-time, probationary appointments
  • 10-month position
  • $20,832.00 per year
  • Benefits per CSEA contract

CURRENT ASSIGNMENT:           Mexico Elementary School

                                                            Mexico Middle School

                                                            Mexico High School

CERTIFICATION:                          Valid NYS Certification                                                 

START DATE:                                 September 2026

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Valid NYS Certification as a Teaching Assistant
  2. Strong commitment to children
  3. Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
  4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  5. Experience working with students with special needs
  6. Such alternatives to the above as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Full-time, temporary appointment
  • Assignments expected through June 30, 2027, or TBD
  • Salary and benefits per MACSFA contract
