Positions & Rates for the 2026-2027 School Year:

• Hourly Fitness Worker                                                            $16.00 per hour
• Learn-to-Swim Instructor                                                        $16.00 per hour
• Lifeguard                                                                                 $16.50 per hour

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Hourly Fitness Worker

• Must be 16 years of age or older, requires CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• On-site duties associated with assisting members and supervising the use of the Strength & Conditioning Center, and Indoor Track
• Responsible for cleaning machines and ensuring proper working order
• Assist with new member paperwork
• Issue new membership cards
• Other duties as assigned by the Fitness Coordinator and/or Athletic Director

Learn-to-swim Instructor

• Instructs beginning swimmers
• Keeps the pool free of debris
• Keeps order among swimmers
• Enforces pool rules
• Prepares and maintains routine records/reports

Lifeguard

• Instructs beginning adult swimmers
• Keeps the pool free of debris
• Keeps order among swimmers
• Enforces pool rules
• Prepares and maintains routine records/reports
• Applicants must hold current Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
• Applicants must be certified in CPR/AED and First Aid
• Applicants must hold Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification
